Launch began in 2015, when Simone Frame, a speech-language pathologist and dyslexia specialist, opened a private practice out of her converted garage in Madison, Wisconsin. With a specialty in dyslexia and a passion for helping kids thrive, she set out to create a space where families could find trusted support in speech, literacy, and learning—all under one roof.
What started as a small, home-based practice serving families in the Madison area has grown into a statewide resource. Today, Launch partners with schools and families across Wisconsin, offering support with speech, reading, writing, and math. Services are delivered in schools, online, and at our welcoming west-side clinic. As needs evolve, so do our offerings—now including evaluations, consultations, and advocacy.
Beyond therapy, Launch is also a place to connect. Students with dyslexia can find community through Dyslexia and Beyond (DAB), our free social club, while parents attend our no-cost workshop series covering a range of topics to support their child’s journey. It’s all part of our mission to empower families with the tools, support, and connection they need to move forward.
