Do you want to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues while providing life-changing support?

Let’s connect!

About the Role:

At Launch Speech and Reading, we believe every child deserves to be understood and supported. We’re excited to welcome a full-time Clinical Fellow to join our caring and experienced team for the 2025–26 school year. This is a 9-month, salaried position with the potential to continue beyond the school year.

This position involves providing school-based speech-language therapy services to students with IEPs during regular school hours, starting mid-August. Service delivery may be in-person, virtual, or hybrid, depending on school placement. You will be assigned a consistent, well-supported caseload in a Wisconsin public school and receive dedicated mentorship from experienced team members throughout your CF year.

We take pride in our clear systems, structured supports, and collaborative culture—ideal for Clinical Fellows who are looking for a stable foundation as they begin their careers.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to students with a range of communication needs.
  • Lead and/or participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with educators and families.
  • Maintain organized documentation and submit progress updates on time.
  • Attend regular mentorship meetings and trainings as part of your CF support plan.
  • Grow in confidence and independence as a professional in a nurturing, reliable environment.

You Are a Great Fit If You:

  • Are dependable, calm under pressure, and consistent in your follow-through.
  • Are kind, empathetic, and great at building trust with families and school staff.
  • Appreciate structured routines and value teamwork.
  • Want a workplace where your growth is supported, not rushed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology by August 2025.
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Wisconsin DPI and DSPS licensure.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with PreK-12 students in a school-based setting across different formats (in-person, online, or hybrid).

Why Choose Launch?

  • A warm, mission-driven team that truly cares.
  • Supportive mentorship from ASHA-certified SLPs with school-based expertise.
  • Opportunity for cross training in dyslexia intervention.
  • Clear systems and expectations to help you feel confident and prepared.
  • Possibility of continued employment after the school year.
